模拟后的效果可能是："children-with the disabilitiies are..."（多字"the"）、"children-with disabilitiies need help"（少字"the"）、"the children-with disabilitiies are special"（标点移位）。但核心结构还是保持"children-with"后面接名词，定冠词位置可能因为说话吞音或语速变化出现偏移。比如原句"the children-with disabilities"可能变成"children-with the disabilitiies"（连读合并）。
